The competition has begun in Las Vegas. Rookie minicamp saw a host of tryout players and from the looks of it most of them seem to have earned a spot on the offseason roster. The team announced the addition of six tryout players along with corresponding moves of waived/released players to clear way for them.

Of the players waived, Amari Burney and Matthew Butler are former Raiders draft picks. Butler was a fifth round pick in the 2022 draft while Burney was a sixth round pick in the 2023 draft.
