    The Notre Dame Fighting Irish women’s basketball team is on a quest to win the ACC Tournament for the second year in a row, and they’ll kick things off with a quarterfinal game against the California Golden Bears today. The game, held at the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, NC, will tip off at 5 p.m. ET today. The Irish (25-4, 16-2) received a double-bye into the tournament, making this quarterfinal game their first appearance on the court, while No. 7-ranked Cal (25-6, 12-6) defeated Virginia on Thursday to advance. The winner of today’s game will move on to the semifinals and will face the winner of tonight’s other big game, Duke vs. Louisville.
