Marlon Wayans turned the Scary Movie 6 premiere into a family affair.
The actor stepped onto the red carpet at Paramount Pictures’ world premiere of Scary Movie 6 in Los Angeles on June 3 alongside two of his children: son Shawn Howell Wayans and youngest child Axl July Ivory Wayans.

While Shawn Howell has occasionally appeared alongside his famous father over the years, the event marked a rare public appearance—and red carpet debut—for Axl.
The trio posed for photos together outside the Paramount Theatre as the Wayans family celebrated the return of the franchise that helped launch a comedy empire.

Scary Movie 6 features several members of the famous family, including Marlon and Shawn Wayans.
A recently released featurette from Paramount Pictures revealed that the film includes appearances from several younger members of the family.
During the clip, Marlon shared that several members of the next generation of Wayanses appear in the movie.
“A Wayans movie ain’t a Wayans movie until you have multiple Wayans’ in there,” Marlon said in the clip.
“It’s good teaching the young ones how to do it,” he added.
Marlon went on to note that at least nine members of the Wayans family are involved in the production, including himself, Shawn Howell Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Damon Wayans Jr., Kim Wayans, Craig Wayans, Gregg Wayans, and Ilia Wayans.

Marlon is a father of three. His eldest child, Kai Wayans, is an artist, DJ, and advocate for LGBTQ+ and transgender rights. His son, Shawn Howell Wayans, is an entrepreneur and creative, while Axl recently signed a deal to appear in a movie titled “Hudson Avenue.”
