The Seventh iteration, as one says, is never a reservoir of opinions-or at least, that is what his recent posting on Instagram suggests. He took to the social media platform to lambaste Benzino’s latest effort in music, calling it the worst thing he’d heard this year. The video in question went viral, many of his followers reacting with much humor to the matter.

The clip had Benzino spit his bars with an ugly neck and questionable flows, prompting 50 Cent to write, “Yo, this is the worst shit I heard this year. Whatfuckingwrongwithhim? He 60 years old bro. Nah this ain’t it!” That was it for the caption, and that’s just the atmosphere that brought about the full roast battle in the comments.
Another user wrote with no holds barred: “Benzino has always made bad music in every age of hip-hop.” The entire comment section erupted into agreement, with some going as far as calling Benzino’s rap career “the Steven Seagal of Rap,” an already hilarious image. Another one said, “Thought this was Jim Jones crash or midlife crisis.” The comment section uproared in laughter, debating if Jim Jones was even better.
The jokes kept coming. One particularly funny comment read: “Throw away the lyrics, his background dancers, his neck, the tank top… I want it all GONE!” The neck jabs became the running gag, with several users chiming in, saying the neck “was gone before his rap career.”
Even Benzino’s money was not spared. One sarcastically asked, “Who is buying a brick for 100? I’ll wait… Brokezino.” Another referenced his infamous Eminem beef, jokingly saying, “Eminem murdered Benzino years ago.”
That’s when one poor soul tried to argue for something good: “The only good thing Benzino ever made was Coi” (for his daughter, Coi Leray). But that only sped up the onslaught of jokes about his music.
50 Cent’s post was a pin drop. All agree that Benzino’s latest attempt was not impressive at all. Whether or not Benzino will respond remains to be seen; for now, his expense is just too much fun for the Internet.
It has been well documented about the rapper being famous for feuds and viral moments; this new episode just helps to develop his persona of one that speaks his mind. And if anybody can get them talking, it’s 50 Cent: calling out artists, stirring controversy. This time, the world just could not say “no” to joining.

Benzino is surely about to have to take this one, assuming his neck can take it.
