    Last Updated:

HDFC AMC, Thyrocare Technologies, Unison Metals, and Power Finance Corporation announce bonus issues, stock split, and dividends between November 24 and November 28.

    Upcoming dividend, split and bonus

Dividend, Split and Bonus: The last week of November will also see the action in stock market as investors will keep a tab on ex-date of various corporate actions including, bonus shares, stock split and dividend. Ex-date or record date for HDFC AMC bonus, Thyrocare Technologies bonus, Unison Metals stock split, Power Finance Corporation dividend and many more are falling between November 24 and November 28.

Bonus and Stock Splits to Boost Liquidity

The spotlight this week is firmly on two prominent companies rewarding shareholders via capital restructuring. HDFC AMC has set November 26 as the ex-date for its 1:1 bonus issue. This means eligible shareholders will receive one new share for every share they hold, a move typically seen as a sign of strong financial reserves and a strategy to improve stock liquidity.

The diagnostic services giant, Thyrocare Technologies Ltd, follows close behind, trading ex-bonus on November 28 for its substantial 2:1 bonus issue, offering two new shares for every one held. Meanwhile, small-cap firm Unison Metals Ltd is set to undergo a 10:1 stock split on the same day, reducing its face value from Rs 10 to Rs 1, which is aimed at making the stock more accessible to retail investors.

    High-Yield Dividends for Income Seekers

Income-oriented investors will be watching several companies that are slated to trade ex-dividend this week. State-owned financial behemoth Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC) leads the charge, going ex-dividend on November 26 for an interim dividend of Rs 3.65 per share.

The list of notable payouts includes engineering major Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd, which is set to trade ex-dividend on November 25 for a generous Rs 55.00 per share interim dividend. This is followed by AK Capital Services Ltd with a substantial Rs 16.00 per share interim dividend on November 27. Other companies like Nile Ltd, Aryavan Enterprise Ltd, Meera Industries Ltd, and Shyamkamal Investments Ltd also feature on the ex-dividend calendar, ensuring a busy week of adjustments on the bourses.
