Kelsey Parker has confessed that she hasn’t managed to cope up the tragic loss of her third child.
The TV star, was married to Tom Parker, but sadly, no one has control over destiny he died of glioblastoma in March 2022, at the age of 33.
Kelsey found another heartbreaking test of strength in June when her unborn baby-her first with boyfriend Will Lindsay-was stillborn.
For context, Kelsey, who is a mother to Aurelia, five, and Bodhi, four, shared her feelings with fans on Instagram on Wednesday, revealing she just needs ‘space to breathe’ and that she feels overly burdened at the moment.
In a video, she said:
‘Hi everyone, how are you all? I feel like I have been a little bit quiet, but you know what, that’s ok. It’s ok to not to be ok all the time.
She continued: ‘We live in this world where everyone’s just trying to look like they have all got it figured out.
‘Strength means smiling for everything, sometimes strength means being still-it means saying, I just need quiet for a little bit.
‘Sometimes I just need calm, I just need to breathe, to let my thoughts settle, to find myself again because life does not stop and for me, it never really has.
‘Sometimes I feel like I am holding the whole world with my bare hands. ‘I am not ok, but I don’t have to be. None of us do.’
Kelsey also shared advice for fans who may be struggling, saying: ‘If you are struggling too, it’s ok.’
Alongside the video, Kelsey captioned the post: ‘We all hit that point where we just need quiet..to breathe, to reset, to find ourselves again. If that’s you…you are not alone.’
In June, Kelsey took to Instagram to share the tragic news about her third child, who died one week before his planned due date.
