The Los Angeles Rams will take a unique approach to their location of the 2025 NFL Draft, setting up their draft headquarters from a fire station.
LAFD Air Operations will host the Rams for the draft as key decision-makers like general manger Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay decide which prospect they will add to their roster as rookies. This decision was made to honor the fire departments that helped contain the devastating wild fires in Los Angeles earlier this year.

Here is more about the decision (via USA TODAY):
“The Rams will conduct their draft operations from Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Air Operations, honoring the first responders who call Los Angeles home. It will mark the first time in NFL history a team will take their draft operations to a fire station.
With the assistance of Zillow, the Rams and LAFD will transform a room within LAFD Air Operations to serve as general manager Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay’s draft headquarters for the three-day event on April 24-26. An adjacent hangar will be used as a space for coaches, scouts, team personnel and media.“
The Rams had to relocate a playoff game versus the Vikings to Arizona due to the fires last season.
The football franchise has reportedly donated almost $2 million for the rebuilding in Southern California.
The team also hosted distribution events for evacuated families and football clinics for impacted youth.
