    Saints’ pre-draft prospects sorted, ranked

    -

With the 2025 NFL draft just a day away, there’s been a lot of uncertainty in terms of which direction the New Orleans Saints might go with the No. 9 selection. A lot of talk has revolved around the quarterback position but it’s seemed to slow down a bit as we inch closer and closer. For where this team’s roster currently stands, one could justify the selection of just about any position at that spot.

One way to gauge the teams interests in these draft prospects is top-30 visits. The team is allowed 30 pre-draft visits that allow both players and the staff to get a feel for one another. This year, the Saints had 17 players make their way to the Big Easy in hopes of making a lasting impression on this revamped coaching staff.

Going down the list of players that have visited, we see a combination of top-end first round talent, along with some potential mid-to-late round steals that just might be flying under the radar. Here’s a list of all 17 players separated by position and ranked using  The Athletic’s Dane Brugler and their Consensus Big Board rank from the NFL Mock Draft Database:
