The Oregon Ducks have been a great landing spot for wide receivers over the last few years, with their most recent successes being Troy Franklin and Tez Johnson, who were both drafted to the NFL. Now, the team has a five-star true freshman receiver, Dakorien Moore, and an additional former five-star in Evan Stewart, but he has been sidelined with an injury since this summer.
In an effort to improve an offense that has experienced rapid advancement in recent years, the Ducks are offering four-star wide receiver Milan Parris, who will head to college next year. He already has a commitment to the Iowa State Cyclones, but Oregon wants to see if it can pry Parris away.
He is listed at 6-foot-5 and averaged 21.3 yards per reception as a junior according on 247 Sports. The Ducks’ receiving room is great, but they don’t have many tall options that can pick up a chunk of yardage like Parris.
This is a developing situation, so we’ll see if Oregon is able to flip his commitment.
