The Alabama Crimson Tide added another top recruit to their star-studded 2026 recruiting class on Wednesday.
Five-star wide receiver Cederian Morgan committed to the Tide over the Colorado Buffaloes, Florida Gators, and Georgia Bulldogs. Per On3’s Hayes Fawcett, Morgan is fired up to be part of the Tide.
“Bama made, Bama raised, Bama stayed!!!! RTR,” Morgan told Fawcett.
The Tide have been on a recruiting heater over the last week and a half. They have landed 10 recruits in 11 days and now have three five-star recruits in their 2026 recruiting class, per 247Sports.
Morgan is the top recruit in his home state (Alabama) and the second-best wide receiver recruit in the nation, per 247Sports composite rankings. He is also the No. 12 overall recruit in the country.
College football fans had a lot to say about this commitment when it was made official.
“DeBoer is really good at this recruiting thing,” one tweet read.
“Laughable that people actually expected us to fall off after Saban,” another tweet read.

“Yeah, with a name like this, my guy is gonna be ELITE,” another fan tweeted.

The Tide will try to keep carrying this momentum for the rest of July. They will open the 2025 college football season against the Florida State Seminoles on August 30.
