The Knicks and Pistons are getting into it during Game 3 of their first-round playoff series in Detroit.
In what was a physical back-and-forth first quarter Thursday night, Mitchell Robinson of the Knicks and Paul Reed of the Pistons got into a tussle on the court, pushing and shoving each other as each tried to establish positioning. Karl-Anthony Towns, Robinson’s teammate, got involved and shoved Reed away.
Players immediately rushed to the spot to break things up.
Technicals were assessed to Robinson and Reed, and an additional technical foul was called on Towns.
