Karachi Kings have won the toss and opted to bowl first against Multan Sultans in the third match of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10, being played at the National Stadium in Karachi.

Karachi Kings, looking to reverse their recent poor form, are aiming to start the season on a high. The side boasts one of the tournament’s most high-profile signings in Australian opener David Warner, who also leads the team this year. Warner is joined by Kane Williamson and in-form New Zealander Tim Seifert, forming a powerful batting trio.

The Kings’ bowling attack appears equally strong, led by New Zealand pacer Adam Milne and Pakistani quick Aamer Jamal. With a well-rounded squad, the team is hoping to make a strong impression in this edition of the PSL.

On the other side, Multan Sultans come in as one of the league’s most consistent and successful franchises. Led by Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan, the squad features in-form all-rounder Michael Bracewell and experienced T20 campaigners Chris Jordan and David Willey.

Usman Khan and Tayyab Tahir are expected to play key roles in the middle order, with Tahir known for accelerating during the death overs. The bowling department is bolstered by young pacer Akif Javed and spinners Gudakesh Motie and Faisal Akram, offering both experience and youth in the spin unit.

Multan Sultans XI: Mohammad Rizwan (c & wk), Shai Hope, Usman Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Kamran Ghulam, Michael Bracewell, Shahid Aziz, David Willey, Chris Jordan, Usama Mir, Akif Javed

Karachi Kings XI: David Warner (c), James Vince, Shan Masood, Tim Seifert (wk), Irfan Khan, Khushdil Shah, Adam Milne, Arafat Minhas, Hasan Ali, Fawad Ali, Abbas Afridi
