DK Metcalf is joining the Pittsburgh Steelers and signing a lucrative new contract.
Per NFL Network, the Seattle Seahawks are trading Metcalf to the Steelers for a 2025 second-round pick.
Metcalf will sign a five-year, $150 million contract with the Steelers upon joining them. The extension will include four new years and $132 million in new money and run through the 2029 season, per the report. Metcalf had one year and $18 million remaining on his previous contract.
The deal was agreed upon days after Metcalf reportedly told the Seahawks that he wanted to be traded.
