Denver Broncos load up with 7 picks

    -

Matt Miller’s latest seven-round NFL mock draft for ESPN has the Denver Broncos using their first two picks to add a wide receiver and running back to give more weapons to young quarterback Bo Nix.

With their first selection in the mock, Miller has the Broncos selecting Missouri wide receiver Luther Burden at pick No. 20. Miller says Burden is one of his favorite players in the class.

“Burden has the size (6-foot, 206 pounds), speed (4.41 40 at the combine) and tools to be an elite receiver lining up outside or in the slot,” Miller wrote on ESPN.com.

In the second round, Miller has Denver landing Ohio State running back Quinshon Judkins at pick No. 51.

“Judkins checks all the boxes at 6-foot, 221 pounds with 4.48 speed and can be a capable receiver out of the backfield,” Miller wrote.
