Alabama has reportedly parted ways with offensive line coach Chris Kapilovic, per Bama247’s Alex Scarborough.
Per reports, The Tide relieved Kapilovic of his duties on Friday evening, as the assistant spent a total of two seasons in Tuscaloosa as Alabama’s offensive line coach. Kapilovic most recently spent time at both Colorado and Michigan State prior to joining Alabama’s staff. The Tide’s offensive line struggled immensely throughout 2025 under Kapilovic, as the now former Alabama assistant has reportedly seen his time in Tuscaloosa come to an end as a result.

Alabama averaged just 104.1 rushing yards per game throughout the 2025 campaign. The offensive line will have a completely different look in 2026, as Alabama has added a multitude of linemen from the transfer portal in recent weeks.
The Tide have made a few changes to the coaching staff following the conclusion of the 2025 campaign, as Kapilovic’s two-year stint at Alabama has come to an end.
