    In today’s modern lifestyle, people tend to stay awake until late at night and wake up late in the morning, leading to an increase in health issues. Health experts suggest that any disturbance in the sleeping and waking pattern can impair the body’s functioning. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain a consistent sleep schedule.

    A report by Healthline recommends sleeping early after sunset and waking up early in the morning, aligning with the body’s biological clock to promote better health. Extensive research indicates that adults need at least 7 hours of sleep each night.

Ayurveda experts advocate sleeping after sunset and waking before sunrise. They recommend waking up during Brahmamuhurta, which starts at 4 am and lasts until around 5:30 am, as it helps the body feel refreshed.
