Ingredients:
- 1 pack – Yummiez chicken momos (pan-fried)
- 1 cup – finely shredded lettuce
- 1 cup – baby spinach
- 1 cup – julienned carrots
- ½ cup – thinly sliced cucumber
- ½ cup – chopped fresh coriander
- ¼ cup – chopped spring onions
- 1 tbsp – roasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup – thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup – thinly sliced radish
- 2 tbsp – soy sauce
- 1 tbsp – rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp – chili crisp or chili oil (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp – sesame oil
- 1 tsp – honey or maple syrup
- 1 – clove garlic, minced
- Optional: a dash of fish sauce or miso paste for umami
Method:
- Steam or pan-fry the chicken momos as per package instructions.
- Let them cool slightly and slice each momo in half for better salad integration.
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, radish, cucumbers, coriander, and spring onions. Toss gently.
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Taste and adjust spice, sweetness, or acidity as needed.
- Add the sliced momos to the salad bowl.
- Pour the dressing over and toss everything gently to coat.
- Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.
- Serve immediately for crunch or chill for 10–15 minutes to let flavours meld.
