After two lavish pre-weddings and three-day long celebrations for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding on Jul 12, 2024, buzz is that their post-wedding celebrations will continue in the UK now. India’s richest person and the groom’s father, Mukesh Ambani has booked the 7-star property Stoke Park hotel in London till September where Anant-Radhika‘s post-wedding celebrations will be held, as per a report by The Sun.And just like their previous parties, their London post-wedding celebrations will have high-profile guests including Prince Harry, former UK PM Boris Johnson and Tony Blair, among others. All about Anant-Radhika’s post-wedding celebrations at Stoke Park Hotel

As per reports, in 2021 Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries acquired the lease for the luxury Stoke Park estate for £57 million (INR 6,15,08,52,900). Following this, the 300-acre estate in Buckinghamshire outside London, UK, was under renovation and hence closed for many months. Stoke Park is a grade II-listed 7-star hotel, and it has a mansion, tennis courts and golf courses.
While the hotel was shut to the general public, it was open to the Ambani family– this had led to some friction between Asia’s richest family and the community earlier. The reason: The terms of the lease state that the 7-star property should be used as a commercial property instead of a private residence, The Financial Times reported.

And so, for Anant-Radhika’s post-wedding celebrations, the Ambanis are said to have booked Stoke Park Hotel for two months (until September end) this time! Following this, roughly 850 golf club members of the hotel have been informed to avoid the club till September.
Talking about this, a source told The Sun, “The Ambanis don’t do things by halves and so thought nothing of booking the entire venue for two months. The cost is chicken feed to them. The bride and groom and family will attend different parties planned between now and September… Security, which is tightened, has been told to expect Boris Johnson and Tony and Cherie Blair. Prince Harry is also said to be hoping to pop in.”

For the unversed, Anant Ambani is the youngest child of Mukesh Ambani-Chairman of Reliance Industries, and his wife Nita. Anant Ambani ‘serves as a Director on the Boards of Jio Platforms Limited since March 2020, Reliance Retail Ventures Limited since May 2022 and Reliance New Energy Limited and Reliance New Solar Energy Limited since June 2021. He also serves on the Board of Reliance Foundation since September 2022,’ as per Reliance’s website. He also founded Vantara, a wildlife Animal Rescue, Cave, Conservation and Rehabilitation centre in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Anant Ambani was born on April 10, 1995, and he has a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University, USA.
Meanwhile, Radhika Merchant is the youngest daughter of Viren Merchant- CEO of Encore Healthcare, and his wife Shaila. Radhika serves as one of Encore Healthcare’s board of directors along with her parents and sister.
