Almonds, often called the king of dry fruits, are packed with 15 essential nutrients, including protein, fibre, healthy fats, magnesium, and zinc. In contrast, over-processed or leftover foods can create sluggishness and irritability, while freshly prepared meals, even simple ones like a warm khichdi, can uplift both body and mind.

Dr Chauhan adds, “Eating in a peaceful environment without screens or distractions allows your system to absorb not just nutrients but positivity too.” This approach helps create a connection between food, mind, and mood, making eating a holistic wellness experience.
