Hyderabad is set to become the epicentre of pop culture as Comic Con India returns with its 13th edition from October 31 to November 2, 2025, marking the grand start of its 2025-2026 season. Hosted at the HITEX Exhibition Centre, the event promises an unforgettable weekend of comics, cosplay, gaming, anime, music, and immersive fan experiences.
The city, known for its rapidly growing pop culture appetite, will be the first stop in a season that will span multiple cities across India, uniting fandoms of all ages. Attendees can expect international celebrity guests, exclusive merchandise launches, live music and stand-up comedy performances, competitive esports battles, anime showcases, interactive Q&A panels, and Hyderabad’s most passionate cosplayers.
Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and MD, NODWIN Gaming, shared his excitement. The 2024 Hyderabad Comic Con drew a record-breaking 40,000+ attendees, and this year’s edition is expected to surpass that milestone. Fans can look forward to vibrant cosplay competitions, meet-and-greets with top content creators, and high-energy performances throughout the three-day festival.
Shefali Johnson, CEO of Comic Con India, highlighted why Hyderabad was chosen as the launch city. She said, “Hyderabad has rapidly evolved into one of India’s most dynamic cultural and creative hubs.
