    A California-based bunker developing company has been searching for dwellers who can acquire a residence in the underground shelters that can accommodate around 10,000 people, according to social media account of the firm.

    The company Vivos is focused on saving people from the disastrous calamities of the future and the site for which they are seeking residents is in South Dakota’s Black Hill mountains.

    The site had been used for storing arms and ammunition, according to a Metro UK report. Currently, they have been brought to be reused as bunkers.

    The executive director of Vivos Dante Vicino was quoted by the outlet as saying: “Average people can now reserve their spot for when all hell breaks loose.”

    “Vivos, now known as an epic humanitarian survival project, is fully prepared for whatever and whenever events may unfold,” he added who is an architect.

    Vicino called the group suitable for well-educated, average people who want to keep their families safe in catastrophic times.

    He added: “When everyone else is scrambling for a solution, our members will journey to their designated shelter, joined by hundreds of like-minded people, all prepared to lock the blast door and ride out whatever threats may be going on above.”

    The bunkers are designed to autonomously sustain operations for at least one year before the dwellers resurface. It is filled with all necessities. It is similar to a conventional house.

    He cited COVID-19, the Russia-Ukrainian war, and other geopolitical tensions as the drivers causing high demand.

    According to Vicino, “inquiries and applications are up over 2,000% year over year, plus sales are up over 300% and growing exponentially.”

    “Everyone seems to be jumping off the fence and wanting an immediate survival solution,” he claimed.
