The buildup to the Drama Announcement Gala was not without some on-screen drama courtesy of Tamra Judge, while she was hyping up the Season 19 premiere of The Real Housewives of Orange County. An elegant snapshows Tamra donned in a chic gray jacket and black skirt; with a note warning, “Hold on to your daddies, girls — #RHOC Season 19 premieres TONIGHT at 9pm ET, followed by yours truly on #WWHL.” The picture looked polished and ready for a shoot; a setting amid lush greenery highlighted that glam spirit, with her signature blonde waves softly wrapped around her shoulders.

The post garnered hundreds of likes within a span of minutes, Bravo’s official account commented, “We’re ready to lock in 👀.” A fan went on to say, “WE LOVE YOU TAMARA ❤️🍊🍊.” Others gave praises like, “15 seasons in and looking better than ever 🔥,” and “Can’t wait! And you look amazing 🧡.”
There were uncharitable comments, of course. Some remarked upon Judge’s looks very negatively; “Lighten up on the fillers and veneers are bit much,” an anonymous commentator sneered, while another accused, “You look great but don’t look like yourself.” One particularly scathing comment continued, “The face-the teeth and the fake crying-all too much-and not in a good way,” whereas another wondered, “I’m confused. Who is this? I thought it was supposed to be Tamra.”
Mixed reaction has its equilibrium in devil-and-demon polarization of reality TV stars, where anything done to person-manipulation of style, cosmetic modifications, or evolution of personalities-give people something to talk about. “I wish Tamra’s therapy shows how people can become the best version of themselves. I’m tired of the version we’ve grown accustomed to 😢,” one exclaimed.

Clearly, with this season, RHOC is positioning Tamra front and center, one way or the other. That you get to watch her tonight and on Watch What Happens Live just means more fodder that will be dissected for weeks to come, and if her previous shows are anything to go by, Tamra Judge has never actually shied away from a camera or drama.
