Soulja Boy rang in his 35th birthday with his longtime girlfriend Jackie Martinez and their son, KeAndre, affectionately known as Lil Soulja.
On Tuesday, Martinez took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute to the birthday boy, writing, “Happy birthday baby @souljaboy turn up 🥳💜 big #sodmg @keandresodmg and I love you.”
The rapper, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, celebrated in true Soulja Boy fashion, splurging on a Tesla Cybertruck and reportedly dropping $250,000 on the celebration, according to TMZ.
Soulja Boy and Jackie welcomed their son KeAndre in September 2022, just months after announcing their pregnancy in a March gender reveal video.
But KeAndre may not be the rapper’s only child. In 2024, Soulja sparked speculation after tweeting, “I love my daughter so much. She all I care abt fr,” which he later edited to say, “I love my daughter so much she’s the best.”
The post came shortly after he shared photos of himself with a young girl, prompting fans to wonder if he had expanded his family.
The child’s mother is said to be Lindsay Reid, who previously claimed that Soulja Boy fathered her daughter but had allegedly refused to be involved in the child’s life.
Reid said she attempted to resolve things privately and even proposed a financial agreement outside of court before filing for child support.
Soulja didn’t stay silent. The “Crank That” rapper fired back with legal documents he claimed showed the case had been dismissed and insisted he wasn’t the child’s father. He also threatened legal action against Reid and blogs reporting the claims.
“You want to play on this internet,” he said in a now-viral video. “Now I’m about to sue you and every goddamn blog that posted this sh*t for defamation of character.”
No word yet on whether any lawsuits have been filed, but if there’s one thing Soulja Boy doesn’t do, it’s stay quiet.
