Beyond the patter and hosting, this guy just proved that Ryan Seacrest can manage an Italian pasta pot gracefully. The media tycoon had made time in his very heavy schedule to be schooled in Italian cuisine by the fashion guru Brunello Cucinelli; I would go so far as to say that this carb-laden end product looked about as legendary as it gets.

Through Instagram, we saw Seacrest standing outside by Cucinelli and one other person, all gathered around a giant pot of fresh pasta. Warm, cozy, and inviting-those pink walls and greenery truly set the mood. Seacrest called the pot “a monument to carbs,” which is exactly the vibe we all need in life.
Now, of course, the net would never keep quiet. “Making pasta in a tie and suit, that’s brave of you!” one user teased. And honestly? That’s kind of the whole point. Pasta sauce is no laughing matter, especially in that suit that looks like it could crash a red carpet. Another entered the fray, saying, “Have fun Ryan you deserve it forget about the suit! You will still look handsome.” Priorities, folks.
Then came some heartwarming nostalgia: “I used to make pasta with my Nonna when she lived with us,” reminisced a user. Aww. There’s nothing like a Nonna memory to feel warm and fuzzy. Another user wanted in on the fun: “Oh invite me! The other grandma went to Italy and they taught her how to make homemade meatballs! They are as big as a baseball for Petesake.” Seriously, big meatball energy.
And then there was the one that begged to join, “I can bring some salads or a bottle of wine to join you @ryanseacrest.” Bold. Much respect.
Seacrest has always been the guy who can do it all: from radio, to TV, to producing, and now, apparently, pasta connoisseur. From this little cooking fest though, there is no doubt he’s having a blast.

So yeah, next time you think Ryan Seacrest is That Guy who’s just asking American Idol contestants how they feel, remember-he’s also out here living his best life, making pasta in a suit, proving that carbs will always win. No further questions.
