NBA YoungBoy is officially a father of 13.
The 26 year old rapper and his wife, Jazlyn Mychelle, have welcomed their third childr, a baby girl.
NBA shared the news Sunday on Instagram Story, where he posted a video from the hospital room.
In the clip, he could be heard in the background celebrating the moment.
“My gangsta had her baby!” he said.
He then asked Jazlyn, “How do you feel?”
“Relieved,” she replied.
The couple learned they were expecting another girl during a gender reveal party in October.
The newborn joins the pair’s daughter, Alice, born in August 2021, and son Klemenza, born in September 2022. With the latest addition, NBA now has 13 children with 10 women.
Born Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, the Louisiana native became a father at 16 when he welcomed his first son, Kayden, with Nisha Keller. Over the years, his family has continued to grow. He shares Taylin with Nia, Kamiri with Starr Dejanee, Kacey with Jania Meshell, Armani with Keller, and Kodi with Drea Symone. In 2021, Yaya Mayweather gave birth to their son, Kentrell Jr.
That same year, YoungBoy began dating Mychelle. The pair welcomed Alice in 2021, followed by Klemenza in 2022.
In 2023, the rapper reportedly welcomed two additional children, bringing his total to 12 at the time.
Despite his growing household, YoungBoy may not be so “big” on fatherhood. In a 2024 interview clip, he was asked how “important” being a dad is to him. His response raised eyebrows.
“I’m not really big on it, to be honest,” he said, while seated on a sofa next to one of his children.
When the interviewer suggested he came across as a “family man” after spending time around him, Youngboy quickly pushed back on that characterization.
“I’m only in here ’cause you’re here,” he said. He described the topic as a “crazy” one, noting that he isn’t the “type to sugarcoat nothing,” he added. “But I’m four walls all day… everyday.”
