Meet the New Designer Replacing Hilary Farr

    -

Love It or List It is getting a makeover.

Over a year after longtime cohost Hilary Farr announced she was leaving the hit home renovation show after 19 seasons, HGTV has found her replacement in fellow network star Page Turner.

During the reality series’ upcoming 20th season, Page will compete against returning cohost and real estate agent David Visentin to help homeowners fed up with their properties.

“In each episode, Page will renovate their lackluster property into the home of their dreams while David searches for a new house that will better fulfill all their needs,” the network announced in a Jan. 5 press release, adding, “The new season is slated for summer 2025.”

And Page—who has renovated decorated her fair share of houses on many other popular HGTV series—couldn’t be a more perfect fit to fill Farr’s shoes.

“HGTV fans first came to love Page Turner on Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip and were introduced to her competitive side in two seasons of Rock the Block,” Loren Ruch, Head of Content, HGTV, said in a statement. “Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower as she enters into this celebrated real estate rivalry. We cannot wait to watch her give David a run for his money.”
