The latest battle between Kanye West and Kim Kardashian continues to heat up regarding daughter, North West’s appearance on West’s new song, “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine.”
The 47-year-old artist recently continued to stir the pot with a tweet in which he responded in a misogynistic manner to Kardashian’s objections about their daughter’s appearance on the track alongside with Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently awaiting trial on racketeering and sex trafficking by force charges.

“THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION,” the father-of-four shared on X seemingly in response to Kardashian not agreeing with her daughter being on the project with Combs and others. West uploaded the song via X, this past weekend, on Saturday, March 15, in a now deleted post.
“LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE new song by PUFF DADDY feat. His son KING COMBS my daughter NORTH WEST and new Yeezy artist from Chicago Jasmine Williams,” the post read.
On Saturday, TMZ reported that Kardashian sent cease and desist letters to prevent her ex-husband from releasing the song as she holds the trademark to North’s name.

And West shared alleged screenshots of his conversation with Kardashian regarding the matter threatening to “go to war” with the SKIMS founder over the issue.
Kardashian allegedly messaged, “I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop. I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her. One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born I would get all of our kids’ names and trademarks so no one else would take them.”
Kardashian’s alleged texts continued, “One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born i would get all of our kids names and trademarks so no one else would take them.”
West allegedly responded, “Amend it or I’m going to war and neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You’re going to have to kill me.”
Despite legal intervention to try and stop the project from being released, Kardashain failed and the song was released featuring North alongside Combs. Sources in the Kardashian camp suggest that the 44-year-old is extremely concerned about North being associated with her father’s continual troubling controversies and the disturbing allegations that have arisen against Combs.

In addition to North, the couple also share three additional children: Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.
