Judge’s Ruling Sparks Outrage Over Alleged Conflict Of Interest

    -

Yes, Laura Loomer has fully stirred the pot with her latest proclamation. In an exclusive tweet, she came out about what she called a “huge conflict of interest” with the judgment by California U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer L. Thurston. Just recently, the judge ruled that undocumented immigrants could not be arrested by the Trump administration without warrant. The kicker, though, is her husband, Marc A. Thurston, a real estate broker, who primarily deals in multifamily housing, and his business is said to be propped up on the immigrant community.

Loomer alleged that Marc Thurston has allegedly been speaking out on Instagram about how the immigration policies of Trump would impact his business. This, she claims, affects Kern County, where her husband does business. Loomer reasons that, under the federal judicial guidelines, the judge ought to have recused herself since her husband had an economic interest in the outcome.

Outrageous, that is what some people say in response. Some have shouted it out as downright corruption, whilst others fan themselves in disbelief at yet another instance of judicial bias.

One person, Ctx44912, had this to say: ‘It is ludicrous to even think about democrat judges recusing themselves at times! Those who fail in doing so should have heavy penalties and lose their positions!’ Ouch.

Diane Bickhaus also added her bit when she said: “Thanks for your investigative work, Loomer: ‘Love you and your deep dives @LauraLoomer.’ dollykc15 summed it up with “U can’t make this sht up.”

Of course that doesn’t make it an open-shut case: there were scores of struggles for legal citation that Brogtog threw against the wall to reason out that, as per U.S. Code, immigration officers could question and detain without a warrant. ReaganNotTrump also chimed in, explaining that the ruling only prohibits stops without reasonable suspicion.

Surreal tales are already coming from the ‘scholarly’ argument, whether undocumented labor only produces inferior work by JD Wright or even ends again at Nancy Mann’s why those workers don’t just get green cards.

But does it have any real chance of punishment for Judge Thurston, or is this merely more of the usual political tempest in a teapot? Whatever the case, this firestorm is not going to die down in a hurry; it promises to be much longer and hotter for many people—either steamed up by it or signing on for the long haul.

There is no doubt about it at the moment-Laura Loomer knows exactly how to cuckoo the clock. Whether you agree with her or not, she’s got ’em all listening, and that, nowadays, gets half the battle won.
