Joe Budden and Jada Kiss are set to drop a new episode to the UPNYC podcast series on Tuesday at noon ET, so naturally, excitement and reactions-special hype, some skepticism, and of course, birthday wishes for Jada-were stirred.

They posted it on their Instagram, yet it was in the comments section where the real fireworks exploded. One user described the show as “GOOD especially for good dudes,” explaining that the show fills up an entirely extinct amount of relatable content. Another said, “Hood dudes,” as a correction of the prior comment, which seems more fitting for the Jada Kiss-style podcast.
Others differed. One critic just dismissed it, calling it “industry made by Roc Nation,” thereby implying Jada would have been better off doing the show with Styles P. Ouch! But opinions are like Podcasts-everybody has one.
Then the obligatory hater arrived with “I promise you, WE DON’T CARE,” and later were called out ironically by one user, sarcastically pointing out that commenting on something they don’t care about is contradictory. Classic internet behavior.
From here, the birthday love turned into another branch of the conversation. Jada Kiss was showered with good wishes from Nigeria to New York, sending the message that Jada’s star power will prevail through every defensive abyss of age, regardless of whether the podcast is loved by everyone or not. One fan jokingly said about the second photo shown in their post, “Joe must’ve said something crazy,” which was pretty much on point!
A couple drifted off track-shout out to the person advertising “meticulously crafted” cannagars (???)-most held on to either the podcast or Jada’s birthday. One listener demanded a female guest, and another dubiously called the duo “Crazy Joe and Conspiracy Joe,” which…fair.
Already making waves before dropping. So, if you are into crazy takes, messy chaos, or just wanna wish Jada a happy birthday, this Tuesday is looking like it’s going to be a mad one in many ways-you want to listen to this. Or at least argue about it.
