Hilaria Baldwin Calls Alec Baldwin ‘The Boss’ In Playful Post

Apart from calling him “boss,” Hilaria Baldwin did everything to keep it light. For the saying comes in an Instagram post with Alec labeled “-The Boss Alright,” and an emoji of an alien wearing shades meandering across to emphasize the floating vibe. Then again, the caption was really a short one, and so were the answers from her followers.

This post, which seemed like a candid family moment, grew livelier in comments from loving to… maybe less loving, shall we say? One gushing commenter said, “You guys are an amazing team and family,” and another responded, “Your fam is my fav.” One more: “God bless your family.”

The others, however, were really not feeling the love. One bluntly said, “I have yet to see that man not look stressed around his family,” so…ouch. Another took a shot right to the gut with “Don’t you have 7 kids to ignore and neglect?” Yikes.

Then you had a little bit more funny: “Hahaha I knew it was coming!!!!! BOSS BABY!!!!!” joked one, while another teased, “Oh I think not. With that many kids, you are the boss.” No, I must agree. Maybe she really runs the Baldwin household, considering that raising seven kids is heavy management.

And a couple of those other adoring fans went Spanish: one wrote, “Your dresses for crazy girls,” an awful translation of “Su vestidos para ninas locas,” and the other said, “Among all of you, you are more bosses, Baldwinitos!!!!”

This was just a few fans calling out much more serious things. Some brought up Hilaria’s book release controversy by saying, “Oh my…did you actually say ‘bad things happen’ at your book release? I am stunned. Would you say those same words to Helena’s child? Please get help.”

There was also a guy who just went with, “Your head is too big.” No context. No explanation. Just classic Internet spirit.

While the reactions were a mixed bag, the majority of them were a love and support-oriented flock for the Baldwins. “LOVE THIS FAMILY ❤️GOD BLESS,” one fervid fan wrote, while another called her “the Boss Momma.”

Here is another tricky one: “Hilaria you is more sweet simpatic good Mother enjoy your family tu recomiendas estar con un hombre mayor,” which might mean “Hilaria, you are very sweet and a good mother, enjoy your family—do you recommend being with an older man?”

Hilaria, Alec, or the kids: whichever way you slice it, one thing is for sure—the Baldwins somehow manage to keep people chatting. And with seven kids, a high-profile career, and an endless barrage of internet opinions spicing it all up, that probably will not change anytime soon.

Now, what do you say? The Baldwin Laurel is one messy, love-filled, at times borderline controversial place. And, honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.
