Built around Ellie’s unmistakable voice – long hailed as one of the most enduring in electronic music – the track kicks off with a sense of emotional urgency, then bursts into a surge of rhythmic energy with Marshmello and AVAION’s signature polished production. Driving beats, shimmering synth layers, and a chorus that begs to be played on loop make “Save My Love” a ready-made anthem for late-night drives and festival main stages alike.
The track was co-written by Goulding and Marshmello alongside Jake Torrey, Riley and Connor McDonough, and Gray Hawken, with production handled by Marshmello, TK, Connor McDonough, and AVAION. To accompany the release, a striking new visualiser directed by Ian Lipton (known for his work with The Marías and SABA) also dropped today. Shot on location in Los Angeles, the video stars Marshmello and Ellie and offers a surreal, neon-drenched take on the emotional tension that pulses through the song.
