Chappell Roan made a public announcement regarding her project called the “Midwest Princess Project,” which is the support organization for transgender and LGBTQ+ youth and communities in the Midwest area. The project has already received more than $400,000 from her pop-up shows and most of the funds are allocated to positively impactful organizations.

Chappell Roan said that the organization owes its existence to the success of her ‘Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things’ Pop-Up Shows, where the astonishing amount of $400,000 had already been raised even before the official opening. In her statement, she highlighted the project’s transparency and effectiveness, mentioning that besides the unavoidable transaction fees and limited operational costs, every dollar would be given to the organizations working with trans youth in their respective communities.
