One last thing that possibly 50 Cent must have done was to stir the pot more often than not. The rapper was at Game 4 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals between Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks, and things went from bad to worse. On the floor. Off the floor too.

50 sitting courtside took to Instagram to post a photo with the caption, “It’s not my fault bro Halliburton went crazy 🤷,” referring to Tyrese Haliburton of the Pacers having one insane match. Halliburton? The thing really getting people talking was 50 being there and allegedly Photoshopping his shirt.
In another picture, 50 looked like he was wearing a “Free Diddy” shirt, presumably referring to Sean “Diddy” Combs’s ongoing legal controversy, whereas in another one, the shirt was… gone. Cue the Internet detectives.
One user simply asked, “Wait did he change his shirt or was it AI the whole time??” The answers were divided: some said it was one hell of a clever Photoshop, while others insisted that he wore it and later changed it. Someone jokingly added, “GREAT hiding spot @50cent 😭😭😭,” implying he could have just hidden the shirt when no one was watching.
Now turning to some real talk on whether 50 was turning his back on his New York roots by endorsing the Pacers, someone asked him, “50 ain’t you from NY tho🤔🤣🤣🤣.” The responses were a mix of humor and support, with some noting his business connection to the Pacers, as the rapper has a sponsorship deal with the team for his Branson Cognac brand, whilst others simply laughed. “He’s from Detroit, but he did eventually get to New York,” was one correction.
Then the Knicks fans went mad. “Knicks are done I love it lol,” a user gloated while another jumped in with, “New York celebration before the ECF cursed the franchise..”
But the craziest moment got started when one user joked, “Diddy gonna take 50 shopping,” in reference to that viral clip of Diddy allegedly offering to buy 50 Cent’s entire wardrobe if he stopped trolling him. The internet never forgets.
Talking about moments, random Anthony Edwards diss must not be skipped! One audacious statement went, “HE’S MORE OF A STAR THAN ANTHONY EDWARDS,” which… okay? The reply section was mixed with confusion and judgment; judgement came from one who simply replied, “🥴🥴🥴.”
So anyhow, Photoshop or not, business move or just 50 being 50, one thing’s for sure: he knows how to keep the chatter going around him. And really, we like it that way.
So did the “Free Diddy” shirt actually exist? Probably not. Did it work, though? Absolutely. The guy wins it all in memes and business. Somebody really needs to confirm if he did switch shirts or if this whole thing was an elaborate joke. Either way, the internet just turned it into a happy meal.

And so goes the narrative, another 50 Cent situation! We’re all sitting here scratching our heads, but enticed.
