We are all familiar with TV series that we adore and cherish, that gradually lost their allure thanks to a single character whose arc development ruined the plot. I have felt that way with Criston Cole from House Of The Dragons, and might I say—he had it coming.

Nothing ticks me off more than a poorly written character or a plummet from good to evil. For a show to be fulfilling, the characters always have to reach their full potential, and that’s the way viewers like myself can be satisfied. While the above characters are already done for, I will just have to revisit Peaky Blinders and other series to have the joy of a flawless character development conclusion.
