Stocks to Watch: Markets closed with a negative bias on Friday, staying under pressure through most of the session as intensified selling in heavyweight IT stocks dragged the Nifty sharply lower. Analysts noted that the steep correction in the technology pack has shifted overall market sentiment, warning that a decisive break below the 25,400 level could pave the way for a decline toward the 25,100 gap zone.
Manappuram Finance
The Reserve Bank of India has granted final approval for BC Asia Investments XXV and BC Asia Investments XIV to acquire control and up to a 41.66% stake in the paid-up equity capital and convertible instruments of Manappuram Finance.
Religare Enterprises
Shares of Religare Enterprises may remain in focus after its board approved the demerger of Religare Enterprises and Religare Finvest into two independently listed entities.
Ola Electric Mobility
The electric vehicle maker reported a narrower net loss for Q3 FY26, as improved margins and stricter cost controls partly offset a sharp drop in revenue, reflecting the impact of an operational reset undertaken during the quarter.

The Jharkhand government has issued a demand notice of Rs 929.4 crore to Hindustan Copper, alleging that the company undertook production at the Surda mine without valid statutory approvals or beyond permissible limits between FY2000-01 and FY2016-17.
Fortis Healthcare
Fortis Healthcare posted a 21.9% year-on-year decline in net profit to Rs 193.7 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, even as revenue rose 17.5% to Rs 2,265 crore compared with the year-ago period.
Torrent Pharmaceuticals
Torrent Pharmaceuticals reported a net profit of Rs 635 crore in Q3 FY26, up 26.3% from Rs 503 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire an 80% stake in Solidrise Realty (SRPL) for Rs 294 crore.
