    IndiGo

    IndiGo has disclosed that it is facing a fine of nearly Rs 14 lakh regarding input tax credit and is currently evaluating legal options.

    Religare Enterprises

    The Burman family-controlled financial services firm, Religare Enterprises, has approved the appointment of four new directors: Abhay Kumar Agarwal, Arjun Lamba, Gurumurthy Ramanathan, and Suresh Mahalingam.

    Paytm

    KPI Green Energy

    KPI Green Energy announced that its parent company, KP Group, has signed an MoU with the Government of Madhya Pradesh to develop 1.8 GW of renewable energy projects in the state.

    Adani Green Energy has received the letter of award (LOA) from Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UPPCL) for 1,250 MW of energy storage capacity from pumped hydro storage projects (PSP).

    Tata Power

    Tata Power has signed an MoU at Advantage Assam 2.0 to further its commitment to renewable energy development, with plans to invest Rs 30,000 crore in renewable projects of up to 5,000 MW in Assam.

    UltraTech Cement

    The board of UltraTech Cement has approved the implementation of a demerger scheme involving Kesoram Industries, effective March 1, 2025. Under the scheme, UltraTech will issue one equity share of Rs 10 each for every 52 equity shares of Rs 10 each held by Kesoram’s shareholders as of the record date.
