    Stocks to Watch Today On February 4, 2026: Indian markets are likely to remain active on Wednesday after staging a powerful rebound in the previous session, fuelled by the landmark India–US trade agreement. Analysts believe the sharp surge in the Nifty signals a possible shift in the near-term trend following the Budget-driven correction, with the index reclaiming key moving averages.

    Q3 Results in Focus

    Trent, NHPC, Tube Investments, Hexaware Technologies, and Apollo Tyres will be closely tracked as they announce their December-quarter earnings.

    BPCL

    State-run refiner Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has increased its capital expenditure plan for the upcoming financial year by 35% to Rs 25,000 crore, driven by a strong push into petrochemicals. This comes even as peers Indian Oil and ONGC pare their investment outlays.

    Bajaj Finance

    The NBFC reported a 6% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 4,066 crore for Q3FY26. Earnings were impacted by a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 265 crore linked to higher gratuity liabilities.

    Nazara Technologies

    The gaming and sports media firm posted a 68% drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 9.84 crore. Revenue from operations fell 24% to Rs 405.97 crore in the quarter.

    Aditya Birla Capital

    The company reported a 33.3% YoY rise in consolidated profit after tax to Rs 965.85 crore. Assets under management grew 19% to Rs 5.98 trillion as of December 31, 2025.

    Mankind Pharma

    The drugmaker posted a 9.5% YoY increase in consolidated net profit, supported by strong demand for chronic therapies. Revenue rose 11.5% to Rs 3,567 crore.

    Restaurant Brands Asia

    Revenue climbed 11.8% to Rs 714.8 crore, while net loss narrowed to Rs 43.5 crore from Rs 50.3 crore a year ago.

    Pidilite Industries

    The adhesives major reported a 10.1% YoY rise in revenue to Rs 3,710 crore, while net profit grew 11.9% to Rs 618 crore.

    DAM Capital Advisors

    The firm saw a sequential slowdown, with total income declining 34.7% to Rs 69.9 crore. Profit fell 61.5% to Rs 20.1 crore compared to the previous quarter.

    Vikran Engineering

    The company has set up a wholly owned subsidiary, Vikran MP Solar Pvt Ltd, to execute a Rs 459.2 crore, 400 MW AC solar project in Uttar Pradesh, awarded by NTPC Renewable Energy.

    NBCC (India)

    NBCC secured multiple construction contracts worth about Rs 271.32 crore, including institutional buildings, a Lodhi Road headquarters project, and a Namami Ganga aquarium-cum-learning centre in Rishikesh.

    REC clarified that media reports about a possible merger with PFC have no factual basis.

    Shipping Corporation of India

    SCI signed an MoU with CONCOR, JNPA, VOCPA, Chennai Port Authority and Sagarmala Finance Corporation to jointly acquire and operate container vessels, aiming to strengthen end-to-end logistics for EXIM and coastal trade.

    JK Lakshmi Cement

    The company raised the cost of its expansion project to Rs 3,000 crore from Rs 2,500 crore, targeting clinker capacity of 12.3 MTPA and cement capacity of 22.6 MTPA.
