    IOC Reports 50% Net Profit Jump To Rs 7,265 Cr In Q4, Rs 3 Dividend Announced

    Indian Oil Corporation announces a 50% jump in net profit. IOC also announced a final dividend of 30% or Rs 3 per equity share for FY 2024-25.

    IOC Q4 Results FY2024-25: Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) on Wednesday reported that its net profit zoomed 50 per cent to Rs 7,264.82 crore in Q4 FY25, against Rs 4,837.69 crore in Q4 FY24. On a sequential basis, the net profit jump was 153 per cent QoQ from Rs 2,873.53 crore in Q3 FY25.

    IOC noted that the exceptional gain of Rs 1,838 crore due to VAT-related reversal boosted profit.

    Conversely, Oil PSU saw a marginal decline in revenue from operations to Rs 2,17,725 crore on a YoY basis in Q4 FY25, from Rs 2,19,876 crore in Q4 FY25.

    EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortisation) climbed 13 per cent YoY to Rs 14,785 crore in Q4 FY25, as compared to Rs 13,099 crore in Q4 FY24.

    EPS grew to Rs 5.28 per share from Rs 3.51 per share in Q4 FY24.

    IOC Assets & Liabilities

    IOC’s total assets at Rs 4,80,000 crore in FY25, up Rs 22,729 crore from Rs 4,57,241 crore in FY24.

    Similarly, total equity grew by RS 1,962 crore to Rs 1,78,677 crore in FY25, against the previous financial year at Rs 1,76,715 crore.

    The company’s total liabilities stood at Rs 3,01,323 crore, up Rs 20,797 crore from Rs 2,80,526 crore in FY24.

    IOC Final Dividend 2025

    IOC on Wednesday announced a final dividend at the rate of 30 percent or Rs 3 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25 in the quarterly earnings.

    The Board has recommended a final dividend of 30% for the year 2024-25 i.e. Rs.  3.00 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each on the paid-up share capital, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend would be paid  within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM. The record date for payment of final dividend would  be fixed and intimated in due course.
