Upcoming Bonus, Dividend and Stock Split: Shares of REC, TVS Motor Company, Ksolves India, Kama Holdings, Samvardhana Motherson International, Motherson Sumi Wiring India will trade ex-date this for several corporate actions including dividend, bonus issue, rights issue, and stock split. The ex-date and record date of these companies are falling between March 24 to March 28.
A dividend is a cash reward given by the company to its shareholders, whereas bonus issue is a free share/shares offered by the company without any cost. Under stock split, a company subdivides the face value of its shares while rights issue allows shareholders to buy additional shares of the company at a pre-fixed price.
REC Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date
REC, a Maharatna PSU, on Wednesday declared its 4th interim dividend of Rs 3.60 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. PSU has also fixed the record date and payment date for the said interim dividend.
The company has fixed Wednesday, March 26, 2025 as the record date for the said interim dividend. The said interim dividend will be paid/ dispatched on or before April 16, 2025 to those shareholders.

RailTel Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date
RailTel, a Navratna PSU, on Wednesday declared the 2nd interim dividend at the rate of 10 per cent for the FY2024-25. In the filing, the company said the board approved the dividend proposal in the meeting to be held today, March 12, 2025.
RailTel said that the Board of Directors has also approved Wednesday, 02nd April 2025 as “Record Date” for the purpose of payment of 2nd interim dividend of FY 2024-25.
RailTel said that the date of payment/ dispatch of dividend warrant will be 9th April 2025.
