Golf Course Extension Road has evolved into one of the most sought-after micro-markets in the NCR, offering a mix of high-end commercial and premium residential developments.
Godrej Properties Limited has acquired an 11.36-acre land parcel in Gurugram’s Sector 63A along the Golf Course Extension Road, where it plans to develop a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of more than Rs 4,500 crore, the company said on Wednesday.
The land has been acquired through an outright purchase and will be developed into a residential project comprising a mix of premium low-rise and high-rise homes along with lifestyle amenities.
The project site is located in Sector 63A in Gurugram and falls within the Golf Course Extension Road micro-market, one of the fastest-growing real estate corridors in the National Capital Region. The location offers connectivity to Golf Course Road, Sohna Road and NH-48, and has emerged as a major destination for residential, commercial and retail developments.
The acquisition significantly expands the company’s development pipeline for the current financial year.
Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, said, “With this new project, we have now added over Rs 40,000 crore of future sales potential through portfolio additions in FY26. This represents delivery of 2X our business development guidance for the full financial year and makes it our best ever year for business development in terms of future booking value locked in.”
He added that Golf Course Extension Road has evolved into one of the most sought-after micro-markets in the NCR, offering a mix of high-end commercial and premium residential developments.
“This new acquisition will further enhance our development portfolio in NCR, with good diversification across micro-markets, enabling us to cater to the region’s robust demand. Our focus remains on building exceptional residential communities that generate lasting value for residents,” Pandey said.
Godrej Properties said the acquisition strengthens its presence in the NCR housing market, which has witnessed strong demand for premium residential projects in recent years.
