ICICI Prudential AMC IPO opens December 12, 2025, with a price band of Rs 2,061–2,165. Prudential Corp Holding will reduce its stake to 39 percent.

ICICI Prudential AMC: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co Ltd has announced its price band of Rs 2,061–2,165 a share for its initial public offering (IPO). The issue will open for subscription on December 12, 2025, and remain open until December 16, 2025.

At the top end of the band, the company is valued at Rs 1.07 lakh crore.

The IPO is purely Offer For Sale, in which promoter Prudential Corp Holding is divesting almost 10 per cent of its stakes, which is 4.9 crore shares. Post the IPO, Prudential Corp Holding will shrink to 39 per cent from the current 49 per cent, while ICICI Bank will hold the remaining 51 per cent.

The IPO has 18 lead managers, including Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, BofA, Axis Securities, CLSA, IIFL Capital, Kotak Mahindra Capital, SBI Caps, ICICI Bank, Goldman Sachs, Avendus, BNP Paribas, HDFC Bank, JM Financial, Motilal Oswal, Nuvama and UBS.

ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Key Dates

The allotment of unlisted shares will likely conclude on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, and listing will be completed on Friday, December 19, 2025, on BSE and NSE.

Once listed, ICICI Prudential AMC will become the fourth ICICI Group company to trade on the bourses, joining ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and ICICI Lombard General Insurance.

Total income for FY25 was Rs 4,979.67 crore, and PAT stood at Rs 2,650.66 crore. EBITDA increased to Rs 3,636.99 crore.
