Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, the telecom arm of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), recorded an increase in its net profit to Rs 5,445 crore for the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 5,337 crore in the previous quarter and Rs 4,863 crore in the year-ago period.
Revenue from operations rose to Rs 26,478 crore in the June quarter as against Rs 25,959 crore in the previous quarter and Rs 24,042 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
The telco’s operating margin rose to 52.6% QoQ.
