Keith Urban‘s relationship with his daughters he shares with ex Nicole Kidman is continuing despite their divorce.
The 58-year-old country star was recently unfollowed then refollowed on Instagram by eldest daughter Sunday Rose, 17, amid reports there were tensions between them and they were no longer speaking.
But now a source has spoken out and confirmed that Sunday and Faith, 15, are still in contact with their dad.

“The girls are very close with their mum and also protective of her,” the source told People.
“They do have a relationship with their dad, too.”
The source added that despite what people may assume about their situation, things are actually really normal.

In late April Sunday appeared to unfollow her country singer dad on social media, with the subtle move quickly picked up.
The telling move spoke volumes about where they were currently after the high profile split, but it seemed to be a short-lived moment, within days she was following him again.
There were reports that things were tense between Urban and his daughters, with a source claiming they have taken Kidman’s side in it.
“He is the cause of every problem in their minds and it’s harrowing for him,” a source told Daily Mail.
“He loves those girls, but they are so angry at him and they’re blaming him.”
Urban and Kidman have tried to keep things amicable during the split, but the girls are “hurt” and have sided with their mum.
The exes split in September 2025 after nearly 20 years of marriage, and a day after the news broke, Kidman officially filed for divorce.
The former couple finalised their divorce in January and the girls are with their mum for a majority of time, per their custody agreement.
Sunday recently made her Met Gala debut, stepping out on the famous stairs alongside her mum.
The move was a big one, with Kidman frequenting the event in the past with Urban by her side.
It’s clear that her bond with her daughter’s is strong, with her eldest opening up about their relationship in an interview earlier this year.
Sunday Rose gushed about her mum during a chat with Elle Magazine Australia, saying: “My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life.”
“She’s a key part of everything I do,” she added.
