Jamie Foxx stepped out with his daughter Anelise Foxx at the Fanatics Flag Football Classic at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on March 21.
The two arrived hand in hand as they made their way into the inaugural event. Inside, Foxx and Anelise mixed and mingled with fellow celebrities and influencers.

The appearance comes just months after Foxx celebrated Anelise’s 17th birthday with a series of Instagram tributes.
“What can I say,” he wrote at the time. “Wow, 17 years have flown by. You are amazing. You are beautiful. I love you to the moon and back. @anelisefoxx please please please have a happy happy happy 17th birthday!!! You are loved.”
He also shared a throwback photo of Anelise as a child sitting on the beach in an oversized sunhat, adding, “Time has flown! I LOVE UUUU.”
Foxx shares Anelise with ex Kristin Grannis and is also a dad to Corinne Foxx, 31, whom he welcomed with ex Connie Kline.
While Corinne has carved out her own lane in acting and producing, Anelise has followed in her father’s musical footsteps. And that talent ended up playing a role during one of the most serious moments in Foxx’s life.
In his Netflix special, “Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was…,” the actor revealed he suffered a stroke caused by a brain bleed that left him hospitalized, unable to walk and without memory for nearly three weeks.
“They said at one point, the first 15 days, they thought they were going to lose me because my vitals were out of control,” Foxx said.
He then shared how Anelise quietly entered his hospital room with her guitar.
“That’s when a miracle happened, and that miracle was working through my youngest daughter,” he explained. “She’s 14. I didn’t want her to see me like that. But she snuck into my hospital room with her guitar, and she says, ‘I know what my daddy needs.’”
According to Foxx, her playing had an immediate impact.
“They said when she was playing, my vitals went down. The nurses at the nurses station were baffled… They rushed into the room and she said, ‘Ssh. I got him.’”
