Global pop star Niall Horan has delighted fans by confirming the release of his new single ‘Dinner Party’, out March 20.
The artist has been teasing an announcement over the past few days with random acts of kindness, where unsuspecting diners at Dinner Party in Brooklyn and Met Her At A Bar / Met Him At A Bar in LA received complimentary wine and desserts. Each party also received an easter egg note from Niall, hinting at the new single.
Fans also spotted billboards with supposed lyrics from the song, as well as a link to MetYouAtADinnerParty.com. The link asks you to share where you met the love of your life and what was the moment you fell in love.
Niall has now finally put an end to the speculation, confirming that his new single will be unveiled to the world on March 20.
Speaking about ‘Dinner Party’ on Instagram, Niall said: “this song is about a really happy and big moment in my life. an evening at a simple dinner party that changed the course of my life. after writing the song , the words ‘dinner party‘ became the nucleus for the rest of the record. that once in a lifetime moment that i am grateful for and for everything that came after that night.”
The track is set to be the lead single from Niall’s upcoming fourth studio album. Whilst little is known about the album so far, the singer recently confirmed on Instagram that it has indeed been completed. We can’t wait to find out more in due course, as this looks set to be Niall’s most romantic and honest album to date.
‘Dinner Party’ marks Niall’s first solo release since 2023. The artist has been featured on tracks since then, including ‘Old Tricks’ with Thomas Rhett, and most recently, ‘Drive Safe’ with Myles Smith.
