Borussia Dortmund 1-1 Bayern Munich: A substitution is made by the hosts

    -

67’ — Fabio Silva comes off for Serhou Guirassy.

61’ — Jamal Musiala replaces Serge Gnabry.

56’ — Ramy Bensebaini blindly passes the ball to Michael Olise, whose shot goes well wide.

54’ — TOR! Harry Kane finally scores to draw Bayern level!

52’ — The ball is laid on a silver platter for Dayot Upamecano but he misses the ball completely. Story of Bayern’s match.

45’ — One more half to set things right.

    Halftime Observations

    • Bayern looked so uninspiring in that first half. The team that threw away a last 16 berth is playing better than you? Well by playing better, I mean completely flopping all over the pitch fishing for lousy fouls. Bottom line is Bayern is nowhere near the level they should be at.

    • The referee needs to restore order before someone gets stretchered off. Giving out the wrong cards and not giving them when they should be given is such an amazing skill (not).

    • What else is there to say? Forty-five minutes to get something from this match.

45+8’ — Halftime in one of the most scrappiest games ever from a Bayern perspective.

45+4’ — Dortmund fakes one more injury before making a sub. Cool.

45’ — Six minutes added on.

34’ — This referee can’t tell a legitimate foul from a dive. Not only that, he’s letting Dortmund get away with disgusting fouls.

27’ — The ref calls a nothing foul and the home side score, and it’s the guy who should’ve been sent off.

24’ — Joshua Kimmich shoots from distance but it’s saved by Gregor Kobel.

18-20’ — Nico Schlotterbeck slides in for the ball but catches Josip Stanisic’s leg, and only gets a yellow for that? Sure.

17’ — Bayern mostly in control so far. Some shots here and there but it’s still 0-0.

13’ — Bayern with some sloppy defending but Dortmund can’t finish the move off.

10’ — Both teams still feeling their way into the match.

    Kickoff! — LET’S GOOOOOOOOOO

Lineups are here! Vincent Kompany has unsurprisingly gone for a no-nonsense lineup for this huge match.
