IDFC First Bank
The bank’s senior management has assured the Haryana government that it will fast-track the payment of an unreconciled amount of Rs 590 crore after high-level discussions with state officials, according to a Business Standard report.
One Mobikwik Systems
The company is set to enter the equity broking space after its subsidiary, Mobikwik Securities Broking, received approval from BSE to commence stockbroking operations.
Bharti Airtel
Bharti Airtel and Bharti Enterprises have committed to a long-term investment of Rs 20,000 crore in their NBFC arm.
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M)
In partnership with Manulife, M&M has appointed Suresh Agarwal as MD and CEO-designate of their upcoming life insurance joint venture. He is scheduled to take charge on May 1, 2026.
Vodafone Idea
According to HSBC Global Research, Vodafone Idea’s planned Rs 45,000 crore capital expenditure over the coming years may not be sufficient to compete effectively. The spending significantly lags the estimated Rs 1.2–1.4 trillion capex plans of rivals Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL)
The company has received a tax demand of Rs 1,816.65 crore from the Kochi excise department, largely related to the pre-merger period of Kochi Refineries (2004–2006). BPCL plans to challenge the order before CESTAT.
Pace Digitek
Its subsidiary, Lineage Power, has secured a purchase order worth Rs 158.71 crore (including GST) from Reliance Industries.

The company has strengthened its order book with fresh contracts worth Rs 100 crore from the Ministry of Defence and various defence PSUs.
