    Stocks to Watch Today, Friday, February 20, 2026: Indian benchmark indices — the BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 — are likely to open on a flat note amid mixed global cues.

    At around 7:00 AM, GIFT Nifty was trading at 25,415, up 10 points or 0.04%, indicating a muted start.

    Here are the key stocks to track today:

    ABB India

    The company reported an 18.08% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 432.85 crore for the October–December quarter of FY26, compared with Rs 528.41 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations rose 5.71% to Rs 3,557.01 crore from Rs 3,364.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

    CIE Automotive India

    The company posted a 10.4% YoY rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 204.3 crore versus Rs 185 crore in the year-ago quarter. Net revenue grew 13.4% YoY to Rs 2,393 crore from Rs 2,110 crore.

    ICICI Prudential Life Insurance

    The insurer received an appellate order upholding a tax demand of Rs 984 crore. The Commissioner of CGST and Central Excise (Appeals-III), Mumbai, dismissed the company’s appeal, sustaining the demand raised under GST Form DRC-07. The matter pertains to reversal of input tax credit under GST for the period July 2017 to July 2022.

    Waaree Energies

    The company is in discussions with the Andhra Pradesh government and other states regarding a proposed greenfield manufacturing facility. In October 2025, it approved expansion of its lithium-ion advanced chemistry cell and battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity from 3.5 GWh to 20 GWh. The expansion entails an additional capex of about Rs 8,000 crore via its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Energy Storage Solutions.

    Karur Vysya Bank

    The bank has reduced its Marginal Cost of Funds-Based Lending Rate (MCLR) across tenors by 10 basis points, effective February 22, 2026. The overnight MCLR has been cut to 8.80% from 8.90%.

    Federal Bank

    The lender is set to receive a tax refund of Rs 686 crore following the resolution of a long-pending tax dispute related to assessment years 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14, including interest.

    RailTel Corporation of India

    The PSU has received a Letter of Acceptance worth Rs 35.54 crore for a railway signalling project, which is to be executed within 24 months.

    Pace Digitek

    The company secured an advance Letter of Award worth Rs 89 crore from RailTel for the supply, installation, and commissioning of IP-based video surveillance systems in LHB coaches. The contract includes a three-year warranty and a five-year Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC).

    Texmaco Rail & Engineering

    The rail solutions provider has entered into a joint venture shareholders’ agreement with Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) to strengthen rail manufacturing capabilities and expand their global infrastructure footprint.
