Stocks to Watch Today, Thursday, February 19, 2026: Indian benchmark indices — the BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 — are poised for a positive start on Thursday, tracking firm global cues. At around 7:05 AM, the GIFT Nifty was trading at 25,844.5, up 38.50 points or 0.15 per cent, indicating a higher opening for domestic markets.

On Wednesday, equities extended gains for a third straight session, albeit amid volatility, and ended with modest advances. Analysts note that while indices are attempting to regain momentum, the broader trend still suggests a prolonged consolidation phase. The 26,000 mark remains a crucial resistance for Nifty, while the 25,400–25,600 zone is expected to provide support on declines.
