The Pittsburgh Steelers are wasting little time addressing their coaching staff, as an offensive coordinator interview has reportedly been scheduled with a Dallas Cowboys coach.
On Tuesday morning, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the Steelers were expected to interview Cowboys tight ends coach Lunda Wells for their offensive coordinator vacancy, less than a week after former OC Arthur Smith left for Ohio State.

Wells, who has 14 years of NFL coaching experience as an offensive assistant coach, assistant offensive line coach, and tight ends coach, previously served under McCarthy in Dallas from 2020–2024.
